Flexible storage options, including GitMirror-provided storage (powered by Amazon Web Services) or user-provided custom storage from major cloud providers

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1. To use GitMirror, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete registration information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities occurring under your account

4.2. You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account.

4.3. If you're using GitMirror on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1. Legal Compliance: You agree to use GitMirror in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements.

5.2. Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you back up using GitMirror. We do not monitor or review your content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5.3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any data you back up using GitMirror.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

6.1. Subscription Plans:

Free Plan: Allows backup of a limited number of repositories with basic features.
Paid Plans: Offer additional features and storage capacity.

6.2. Billing and Renewal:

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
Payments are non-refundable and made in advance.
We will notify you via email at least 7 days before your subscription renews.

6.3. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.

6.4. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for active subscriptions, including partial refunds for unused periods.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. GitMirror's intellectual property, including software, trademarks, and logos, belongs to HANALABS SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

7.2. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of GitMirror without our express permission, except as permitted under these Terms.

9.2. We are not responsible for any third-party services you use in conjunction with GitMirror.

10. Custom Storage Options

10.1. Users may choose to use GitMirror-provided storage or bring their own custom storage from major cloud providers.

10.2. If you opt for custom storage, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of your chosen storage provider.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GitMirror and HANALABS SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our service.

11.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Modifications to the Service and Terms

12.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue GitMirror or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice.

12.2. We may update these Terms at our discretion. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Your continued use of GitMirror after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

13.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to GitMirror at any time, with or without cause, for violations of these Terms or any other reason.

13.2. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@gitmirror.sh.

13.3. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately, and your repository backups will be deleted from our servers unless otherwise required by law.
